The Tao of Pooh is a well known book by Benjamin Hoff. The author explains the Chinese belief system of Taoism through the most famous bear in the world. But an illustration of Winnie the Pooh on the cover doesn't really catch the meaning of the book. What it really is about is simplicity. Life is pretty simple, if you get caught in the details you miss the big picture.
